Nampula

So... now I have been in Mozambique for a week. First I arrived in the capital, Maputo, but didnt like it too much. Its like a noisy chaos. Saturday I found out that Im not going to work near Beira... instead Im really needed in North of Mozambique, in the province of Nampula in Moma. I must say it was a really big surprise as I didnt expect it at all... but I think I got a really great opportunity to see some of the nicest places of Moz. Its like heaven here.. in the city of Nampula ... and Im eating fish almost every day... yummm.
Also its really interesting to see how the ADPP Vestario works here and yes, the people are really nice... Im really trying to learn some portuguese so probably in a month I will be able to have a basic conversation and understand people.
Another great thing.. the city is surrounded by rocks... someone sayd it very well.. its like the fingers of god reaching from the soil.
Tomorrow we will go and see the island of mozambique!!!
Today I had my first attempt to speak in portuguese as I had to make little speech about what Im going to do in Africa and what is tce... I really need to work the speaking part... but its fun.
